Promotion Period
The validity period of this Promotion shall be from 4 July, 2022 to 31 August, 2022 at participating Modern Bars, Café, Bistros & Restaurants, Traditional Coffee Shops, Hawker store & Food courts (“Participating Outlets”) in Malaysia.

Eligibility
- This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years or over of Malaysian Nationality subject to other criteria set out below, the Carlsberg Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
- Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- This Promotion is only valid for purchases made on or within the Promotion Period as stated above. Any purchases made prior or after the Promotion Period is not eligible.

Promotion Mechanics
There is a total of five (5) Grand Prizes and five hundred (500) Special Prizes to be won throughout the Contest Period.
How to Participate & Prize Redemption |
- With purchase of three (3) Asahi 640ml in a single receipt at Participating Outlets.
- Participants are able to redeem one (1) Limited Edition Asahi Sense Tokyo T-Shirt at the Participating Outlets.
- Participants need to safe keep the original receipt for verification and redemption purpose.

Redemption Period |
- Redemption must be made on or before 31 August, 2022 or while stocks last, whichever is earlier. Failing which, any redemption after the Redemption period shall not be entertained.
- Redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute the prize or redemption item with that of similar value at any time with or without prior notice.

Privacy Policy
By participating, Participants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Consumer. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation in this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

Additional Terms
- The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Participants who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
- By participating, Participants agree to the Terms & Conditions applied.
- The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
